Terms of Service

Confirmation of the booking

The booking will be confirmed when we have all the information needed and when the deposit has been paid. We will send you a mail of confirmation and an invoice.

Payment

A deposit of 30% of total price is required to confirm your booking.

Rest of the payment will be at the beginning of the tour, by cash in euros, dollars or dirhams, or by credit card.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Children
  • Children aged 2-5 years are free of charge
  • Children aged 6-12 years qualify for a reduction of 50% when sharing a room with 2 adults (parents), maximum 1 child per family.
  • You are responsible for providing a proper child safety seat that can be used in our minivan or 4X4 Toyota Prado.
Accommodation

Packages with accommodation are based as a default on two persons sharing a double room. For Single Occupancy Rooms, a single supplement is applied. Hotels in the itineraries are listed as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at a similar hotel category .

 

Insurance

We do not provide any insurance. It is your full responsibility to obtain appropriate holiday travel insurance.

We strongly encourage you to have travel insurance in case of illness, cancellation, baggage lost, delays and others.
